About the Role

The Senior Solidity / Rust Developer will design and build secure blockchain systems for VistralNova's Web3 gaming platform. This role focuses on smart contracts, digital asset logic, marketplace systems, reward distribution, and blockchain-connected game mechanics. You will work closely with backend engineers, game developers, and product teams to ensure that in-game assets, ownership records, and transaction flows are reliable, efficient, and secure. This role requires strong smart contract engineering skills, practical blockchain knowledge, and the ability to write production-ready code for real user-facing systems.

What You'll Do

Develop secure and gas-efficient smart contracts for in-game assets, marketplaces, and reward systems.
Build blockchain logic for ownership, transfers, staking, rewards, and game-related transactions.
Write clean, tested, and maintainable Solidity and Rust code.
Review smart contracts for security risks, edge cases, and performance issues.
Work with backend and frontend teams to integrate smart contracts into the platform.
Support deployment, testing, documentation, and contract upgrade planning.
Help define technical standards for blockchain and digital asset systems.

What We Look For

Strong experience with Solidity and smart contract development.
Practical experience with Rust for blockchain, backend, or protocol-level systems.
Understanding of smart contract security, gas optimization, and common vulnerabilities.
Experience building NFT, marketplace, staking, reward, or digital asset systems.
Ability to write well-tested production-grade code.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code review skills.
